If you are looking for Freelance work, here are 3 sites I found that seem to be good ones.
I won't try and verify their claims because I haven't tried them, but they did come from a good source who claims to have been given work. They don't charge for the freelancer, which is a lot better than some freelance agencies.
One of them even gives a bonus sign up fee.

I think that GetaFreelancer asks for a small fee. Not from the begining though. You can sign up for free and they send you emails with jobs that may fit you, but in order to give you the contact info of each ad (in order to get the job) you have to be a paid member.
I will definatelly try the other that you mention here. Thanks for the info
